The City of Dallas awarded Nortex Modular Space the construction of a 28' x 76' mobile office for its River Levee Operations on a two year lease with option to extend the lease. The building features wall mount central HVAC, private offices, vinyl tile floor, steel siding and roofing, steel siding and roofing. The project was completed in June of 1999.
