The Republic Property Group awarded the construction and lease of two modular office buildings to Nortex Modular Space at the Rayzor Ranch Development in Argyle, Texas.

The two buildings are on three-year lease, totaling 3,100 square feet and they feature a shingle roof, vinyl siding, divided lite windows and exterior doors, commercial grade interior finishes, wall mount central HVAC, gutters and downspouts, treated wood decks, canopy over entry, handicap restrooms, break room, conference rooms, private offices and reception areas.

The project was completed in 60 days.
